It ran from 27th February 1922 to 20th January 1934 for a total of 620 issues, before it was incorporated into “Champion”. “Boys’ Magazine” itself incorporated “Pals” on 26th September 1923. It was noted for its imaginative fiction and a high quota of science fiction. It contained a mixture of self-contained stories and serialised fiction. Unusually it retained the same cover price, 2d, for its complete twelve year run.
